My name is Jessica and my friend just bailed on me so I'm looking for someone to move into a house I found in downtown Columbia. Its off Devine, so its a pretty upscale neighborhood and is less then 1 mile from campus. The houses next to it are all pretty nice. The house was built in 1905 it's got hardwood floors, and the walls are white, or off white.
