I'm an engineering student with about 2yrs left to graduate. I'm looking for a room to rent because my current roomate is very messy and when his friends come over they do not clean up after themselves at all and he doesn't clean up at all. I'm pretty laid back, but I hate trash being left out and people not cleaning their dishes or at least rinsing them of and putting them in the dishwasher. I don't mind people coming around every so often as long as they respect the place.
