I'm from San Jose but will be in Fairfield for temporary contract work (M-Th 7a-3p & F 3-11p). I can commit to renting 6 weeks & possibly 8. A week-to-week renting situation would be ideal. Have excellent references & have been told I'm a great roommate. Need: one room (prefer furnished), prefer own bathroom, light kitchen use, washer & dryer, & AC if it's so hot I can't sleep. I'm clean, nonsmoker & prefer the same. Will be gone some wknds. Quiet, nice BF from SJ will visit a couple times.
