This property is with me on lake sinclair. a room, i also have a house that is 1000+ per month on the lake, does not include utilities on that one. has w/d in house. but the room for rent is everything included and also on the lake deep water good for fishing, I have more than one room if someone has another person interested. there are 4 bedrooms I would like to keep one of them unrented. like I said I also have the other house looking for a fishing boating person 20 miles from Milledgeville
