Have been living at this location for 3 years, and it is a great place. You definitely won't find better for cheaper. My current roommate is moving out due to personal problems. Looking for a reliable, fairly clean, quiet, laid back person, who doesn't mind talking about and working out compromises, is willing to help and divide up the housework, and doesn't mind my cat and dog living in the house (I will clean up after them, but any pet allergies may be an issue.) Safe, quiet area.
