The apartment in a 2 bed/2 baths. I am the apartment owner and am looking to rent out the other bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is a good size (13 by 9), the bathroom is clean and big (9 by 6), and the apt. Ceilings are 10 feet with big 6 foot windows. The rent would include ALL (yes all) apartment utilities, TV, phone, heat/AC (it is central), Internet and laundry (in the unit!!). The building is The Marlborough right by Newbury, Boylston, Fenway, the Esplanade, Kenmore Square
