My empty nest is too big now that my three kids are in college abroad; I've lived in Fairfax County for 20 years and would like to be close to the GMU campus, where I teach. I enjoy young people and would be happy to share housing with students or young professionals. I'm also willing to trade help with children or an older parent in the household as part of my rent. I have lots of experience with children, and I've assisted both of my parents as they grew older.
