I am a single senior woman that wants to retire in Cottonwood. I like this area, however am finding rentals too expensive for my modest income. I am honest, clean ,quiet and respectful of property and privacy .I want the same from a house mate.i am a positive person and like to be around the same .I am healthy and like keeping a home.
