Hi there, My name is Jim and I am looking for a single room with bath if possible. I am also looking for a home that has some garage space. I have a very secure job and also have my own small business on the side. I am very handy around the house as in fixing things and build furniture for a hobby, That is why I am looking for some garage space. I am a very quite person and gets along with everybody. I do not make alot of noise and pretty much just keep to myself.
