I'm Sloan, and I am in need of a room for rent IMMEDIATELY, as I have to leave my current residence as soon as possible. I am quiet and clean up after myself. Most days I will stay in my room and only come out for food or to use the restroom/shower. My ghostwriting job is online so I rarely ever need to leave the room. I am nonbinary, so future roommates will have to be okay with LGBTQ+ and be able to respect pronouns (mine are they/them). Roommates must be okay with me having a guest sometimes.
