Summary
Single man looking for a clean and quiet place to call home. I have a son in the Pleasant hill area that I need to live close to. I also have a boat ( a nice boat) on a trailer that I would need a decent place to park during the rare times I not using it. I don't have too much of a preference of Male or Female roomates. I am straight. I would also like to have a place that accepted dogs as I have a beautiful Female lab mix named CoCo.
