My roommate and I have a 3 bedroom apartment in Newmarket. Our previous room-mate took off at the end of the month. We are looking to rent this room as soon as possible. I am 21 and my roommate is 22. We are both professionals (salesmen) and we like to come home to a clean house. My roommate has a small dog as well a a rabbit. The rabbit is caged and the dog is friendly. Rent will be $420/month with heat included. We would split the utilities and cable/internet. This would cost around $50/month.
