800 Square feet unit. Comes With Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator, and Stove. Yard Care is also included. Close to Downtown Columbus near the Historic District. Central Air and Heat. It is just me and I am looking for a roommate to use my extra bedroom. I enjoy cleaning and cooking and am looking for someone to help share the responsibilities. I'm looking forward to someone that is easygoing and does not have a bunch of people over. I don't care if I rent to a guy or gall as long as we are respectful
