I'm a nice, laid back guy. I'm polite and mindful of others. I'm very easy to get along with, I'm neat and I clean up after myself. I'm a smoker but respectful of other peoples rules and/or wishes on the topic. I'm quiet, for the most part I keep to myself. I play guitar but I have headphones for my amp so noise wouldn't be a problem. I can also be a handyman, I know how to repair walls, I know minor plumbing/electrical, paint, minor landscaping, and I'm good with electronics.
