The apartment is on the 3rd story in building 10 of The Exchange in Auburn. It is fully furnished; the bedroom comes with a desk, bed, dresser, and chair. Rent is paid through January, and I won't charge you if you move in during January. It has an excellent view from the balcony of the basketball court and part of the volleyball court. My roommates are very clean and courteous; no drinking is allowed in the house. Power is all that isn't included; it is usually around $30.00 a piece.
