3 bed 2 bath duplex. Home is hidden from main street, private driveway shared with next door duplex (very nice neighbors). Has nice yard with trees and rose bushes. Has back gate that has horse trail to Negro bar and path to the cliffs that has a beautiful view of the Folsom bridge. Garage is available for some storage has a large washer and dryer. Will be sharing bathroom with other roommate (she is very clean), my bathroom is open for use too. I have 2 beagles (very friendly) inside pets.
