Has back gate that has horse trail to Negro bar and path to the cliffs that has a beautiful view of the Folsom bridge. Garage is available for some storage has a large washer and dryer. Will be sharing bathroom with other roommate (she is very clean), my bathroom is open for use too. I have 2 beagles (very friendly) inside pets.
