We are 2 professional women that work full-time and need a third roommate. We have a 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhome in Bluewater Bay, 20 mins from Eglin AFB. Its a quiet, clean neighborhood, has great running trails & is close to the midbay bridge. The extra room can be fully furnished (for $700/mo) or you can furnish ($650/mo). Rent price includes all utilities (inc cable and netflix). We are looking for someone who has a stable job, likes dogs, likes to go out and have fun. NO DRUGS/SMOKING!!
