I have a furnished basement room for rent. The price includes utilities, rent and wifi. There is a desk in the room which is perfect for a college student or someone who has to work from home. If it is a couple we would have to add to the rent and utities. It is pet friendly and lgbtq friendly. We do background checks and no drugs allowed. There are 2 male room mates but it is like you live alone.
