ADA ground floor unit. Small patio outside. Free internet. No cable. No drugs/alcohol. No smoking allowed on premise. I work remotely from home on the phone 7am - 3:30pm. So it can't be noisy during these times. Full access to club house (workout room/game room/kitchen-tv room (inside) Bar-B-Q/hot tub/kids play area (outside).
