Hi, i am a 23 year old professional who enjoys playing and watching football, baseball and most sports. i recently invested in a 3 bedroomm 2 bathroom ranch style house on 1.3 acres w a pool. i have recently put $20,000 worth of renovations into it and now has brand new tile throughout the house, new pool deck, new bathroom and ext. it is located in a safe neighborhood minutes away from interstate 75. i am looking for 1 to 2 roommates who are clean and responsible, but like to have fun.
