I'm seeking to rebuild credit as a renter; formerly lived with a deceased elderly relative.  Seeking to remain in Albany, NY and most interested in staying within the Pine Hills area of the city.  I'm hoping to spend between $3-500/month. I work online and would do best in a situation with Cable and Internet access, but we can work around that if need be.  I'M ALLERGIC TO CATS. My preferred music is jazz; I don't enjoy loud music.
