This is a finished basement in a house. You will have your own bedroom,bathroom and entrance. Shared kitchen and laundry room. It is very quiet here, and I don't have many guests. There is also a very nice size storage shed, and a huge front yard. It is an hoa property, so the roads are usually clear when it snows. The cost to rent the space is $775 done through a cozy app. You will have to fill out an application, which is $50 (I think). Other costs will be half electric and internet/cable
