Looking for a Fall/Winter situation. Will only be using room on weekends, Friday-Sunday, as I will have a primary residence in Santa Barbara. I want to find a place that is well kept, able to have my dog there with me on the weekends, and have guests when I come to board with. Will not be there every weekend. Place will be completely yours during the week. Easy going, fun, chill guy here. Furnished a plus, but not necessary.
