I am looking for a clean, quiet room as I am facing a separation with my wife. I have two dogs and might want to have one stay with me occasionally. I am really in a bind and hope that this is just temporary, but am willing to consider 6 months as well (or more). I am a professional who works in NYC M-F 8am-8pm and will only be around for nights and weekends at most. I prefer non- smoking as well. Thank you!
