Hey everyone, I'm coming to St. Cloud State for a double major and a masters. I'm a functioning adult, but also not too serious. I've working in bars and restaurants for 13 years, also a licensed real estate agent. I'm reliable and financially stable. I'm hoping to find a room / level of a house to rent. Gender and age of a roommate doesn't matter very much, but I'd appreciate someone who is relatively clean and considerate. I just refurnished my current house... So will need some space.
