About this household
Single room available asap to a person that meets the criteria and I get a good vibe off of. Needs to work at least 30-35 hours a week. Included in the price is all utilities, internet/WiFi, Netflix and Hulu. Bathroom is shared but there is a his/hers sink. House as a whole was remodeled about 2.5 years ago so everything is still fairly new.
