I am a working professional and am looking for a room to rent. I’m a very clean and tidy person. Separated recently from my wife and want to stay closer to where I work. Currently living in Irvine CA and the commute is a bit too much for me. I like to go to bed between 9-10pm. I’m an early riser for work. I rarely watch TV. I prefer a quiet environment. I’m very friendly and get along well with others. I also love being creative.
