Summary
My main concerns include having a roommate who has parties, drinks, and/or has drugs at the apartment. Those things will keep me from choosing to room with someone. Also, I have a dog, so I am looking for someone who is okay with dogs, and agrees with me on certain things with her (like where to keep her food bowl, allowed/not allowed on the furniture, etc.).
