I am looking for a roomate, male or female. I'm moving out in August and need to have a roomate so i can apply for a place in Eagan and not break the bank. I have one Roommate already set up but we are looking for another. His name is Jim and he is older than my self, we are not romatically envolved but we are both theatre people. We are both enrolled in College & can make $450 a month but would prefer not to. If we get either three bedroom we are looking at max rent would be $350 per/person. :D
