Moving to nashville end of july to pursue music. I'm looking to rent a house due to practice reasons, and other benefits of living in a house. I am relaxed, reliable, clean, and a lot of fun and looking for someone of the same. I would like a roommate that i can be good friends with and hangout with outside of our place. i drink occasionally and don't do drugs, stay active and healthy, would rather not get cable, and have very little furniture.
