Hello I am a 30 year straight single male who has an awesome 3 year old Lab. I occupy the master bedroom in my 2600 sqft home. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and I need to rent out one of the rooms. ASAP ! I keep my house in neat condition and respect that you will as well.
