Awesome house in Como area -by U of M, 10 mins from DT/Uptown. NO CATS but a well-behaved dog might be okay provided they get along with mine and are trained. MUST have real job and be responsible! Fully furnished practice space in the basement, also weight room/office area in basement which you can use for anything besides a bedroom. Smaller bedroom, cool common areas. Full laundry We are 27 and 30. Both work, I go to school & work, practice limited to ordinances. Awesome yard & garage.
