About this household
I’m currently subleasing the room I’m living in. Contract goes until August. Total monthly payment is $350, however, you’ll have a roommate- therefore your share of rent will be $175. You’ll have access to a living room, a shared bathroom, a laundromat and a fully equipped kitchen. You won’t have to pay for deposit money until August - it’s on me. You’ll also have access to WiFi. Trash and water bills are paid for. Only expenses to cover will be gas and electricity.
