Room is $390 a month for one bedroom in two bedroom apartment. Utilities are $70/month. There is a large kitchen and living room, and a shared bathroom. Free off-street parking space available, and laundry room available by apartment offices. Pool available in the summer. I am a male college student, I am fairly quiet and respectful. I do not smoke, I drink socially. I like video games, movies/tv, and music. I work overnights on the weekends.
