I am a full time professional with a new construction townhome in Harrisonburg, VA. The townhouse currently has two master bedrooms with 2 full baths and is fully furnished. An ideal roommate would split overall rent cost and utilities; $800 dollars is a close estimate for the rent and utilities (Rent $700, Utilities $100).
