My name is Joshua Cepeda, I am a 27 yo male soldier, looking for a small room to attend DLI for a year and a half. My family has to stay at my last duty station due to medical reasons, so I cant afford to rent more than a cheap room for 600-700.I am very clean and considerate and like to watch anime and play video games. I dont drink or smoke either and enjoy socializing.
