I am a student at USM looking for a roommate to split rent with. Guys or girls welcome, as long as you’re tidy and clean. My apartment is furnished, except for my spare bedroom. It is not a split floor plan, but you will have your own bathroom across the hall. I don’t intend on having any kind of a party house, but do not mind guests.
