House is very large and clean. Less than a mile from LaTech Campus. -Living room (19' x 13') is Very large and furnished; has 42" LED TV and surround sound. -Dining room (14' x 11') with table and chairs -Kitchen (13' x 10') with all appliances/dishes/pots/pans/silverware/refrig/dishwasher, maybe 30 cabinets. -Gameroom (24' x 16') is the largest room and will have a ping pong table in it in a few weeks. -Rooms (14' x 12') are nice sized with very large closets. -Covered patio with storage.
