I have a beautiful new house very Central to downtown, airport, ASU, S Mtn College, all freeways and mall. I close in Nov. Their is a community pool and parks, backyard, mtn view, garage. I will sometimes have my ex's golden retriever, so I wouldn't mind a dog if it's nice. You can have 2 bedrooms, bathroom and loft, can furnish if needed.
