I have a beautiful new house very Central to downtown, airport, ASU, S Mtn College, all freeways and mall. I close in Nov. Their is a community pool and parks, backyard, mtn view, garage. I will sometimes have my ex's golden retriever, so I wouldn't mind a dog if it's nice. You can have 2 bedrooms, bathroom and loft, can furnish if needed. I travel a lot, so you will have the house to yourself often. I work-out a lot, like cooking and wine, and may have occasional dinner parties, but don't party
