About this household
This house is in the country but is 5-10 minutes from Rt. 76, Rt. 8, Kent State, Akron U. and Chapel Hill Mall. I am self-employed with an 11-year old daughter and two small dogs. The biggest bedroom is upstairs and is available. We would share the kitchen and bathroom. Phone and cable tv are both options upstairs. The bathroom is downstairs and the washer and dryer in the basement. Ideal roommate is a nonsmoker who is clean and works and is somewhat quiet. Utilities are included in the $450.
