Looking for a room to stay during weekdays, with flexible lease term. Established professional, non-smoking, quiet, respectful and always pay bills on time. Expecting in the room 7 pm to 7 am Monday to Wednesday. I have no pet but okay with cats and dogs if you have. I will not have party or someone else stay over. I will unlikely need to use shower either since I plan to use company gym daily. Start date June 1st. Philip
