Female roommate wanted to share 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse. $355 Rent with trash included. I'm moving and need someone to take over my year lease until it ends December 29th. Washer/dryer in unit, covered parking, very quiet! No smoking please. Great opportunity for new Lamar student as lease ends at end of fall semester and all deposits were paid back in January!
