This is the upper and nicer level of a 3 bedroom duplex. Me and my cousin are living there next school year at WSU, and our 3rd roommate just found out that he is going to be an RA in the dorms next year, so we have an open bedroom. It is literally a 30 second walk from the house to the rec on campus, and is in excellent condition. It is also very inexpensive when compared to other houses that are so close to campus.
