I am a neat and tidy individual (male) who will be starting a Chaplain Residency at Luther Midelfort in Eau Claire, WI on Monday, August 22nd. My residency is from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; so I will be gone during the day. My late afternoon/evening routine will include making something to eat, doing my studies, watching a little TV, and going to bed. I essentially only need a small bedroom. I am willing to pay $225/month maximum. If you can help me out, I would really appreciate it.
