53-year old non-smoking professional white male, in process of separating from wife. Currently still living w/ wife in South Charlotte house, but will move permanently to our house on Badin Lake when we separate. Commute from Badin Lake to my job in Denver NC is an hour + 20 mins one way, so looking to rent room in Denver/Lake Norman area to stay during work week.
