The place again is 5 years old fully furnished, very nice and very clean. The bedrooms are carpeted but the rest of the home (1700 sq. ft) is dark beautiful hard wood floors. Kitchen is large has been remodeled has a nice island in the center also has a dishwasher and pantry for food storage. Central air system for A/C and heat. New washer and dryer which the roommate would have full access too. The room for rent is of decent size and is partially furnished, rather new full size bed in room.
