This is a deluxe 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment. It's right near rt. 32 and rt. 95. The Apartment complex it very nice and clean. There are carpeted floors in the bedrooms and the living room, and hard wood floors in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry area. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a large balcony with storage and a fireplace. This does not include utilities, so you would be expected to pay 1/2 of the utilities (BGE, water, cable/internet).
