Considerate, neat, but not obsessive. I care about general cleanliness (kitchen!), but I only vacuum every week or two. I do have a cat who can get a little whiny sometimes, and my boyfriend will be over half the week, but we mostly cook dinner in the kitchen then hang out in my room. A good roommate will not leave areas messy for very long, will take out the trash when it's full (not let it overflow), pays bills on time or early, and is generally considerate of noise during sleeping hours.
