Hi! I have a room available in Cold Spring, Kentucky. It’s a two bedroom one bath. Patio, kitchen, inunit laundry. Fully furnished (expect for a room but that can be arranged if necessary) the community has a pool, dog park, and gym. I’m looking for a female that is clean and will pay rent on time $650 is including half of the rent, water, electricity, Internet, and insurance, and trash. Thanks! *pets are fine but I don’t have any so you will be responsible for the deposit.
