I love this neighborhood, it's quiet (but close enough to walk to "fun" streets), right off beautiful LAKE St. It's right near the Presidio (for amazing morning walks/hikes)and just around the corner from Mountain-Lake park. Parking is pretty good, compaired to the rest of the city and the bus runs all the way downtown from the corner. The flat is charming, large and spacious; the room for rent is "modest" in size. The bathroom is shared, but I work mixed hrs so it's never been an issue...ever.
